The Falcon Brae Villa is 720 sq metres in size, located on 350 acres of property surrounded on two sides by rivers, perched on a hilltop with spectacular 360 degree including a private forest and spectacular native bush walks. It features a large central lounge area with a 5 metre ceiling, sunken bar, grand piano, media theater, commercial kitchen, 3 dining areas and a stunning collection of New Zealand and local art. Guests can relax in the “Games Den” housing modern gym equipment, pool table, table tennis, darts and a games table. The large deck space overlooks the mountains and river, featuring a pool & outdoor heated spa, barbecue area for outdoor dining. The 3 master suites and one bunk room can house a family of 10.

Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of a cancellation due to a government authority banning travel or closing boarders due to the Covid 19 virus we will accept moving the booking to a future date next season at next season’s applicable rates, instead of applying the standard cancellation fee.

Other Charges

Price is for Exclusive use of the entire Villa, and use of all facilities on the 350acre property, predinner drinks, four course gourmet dinner and breakfast
