Sacred Sound & Song Workshop

For thousands of years, people across cultures have been using sound for transformation, healing, wellness, and spiritual expression.

This workshop is a co-creative space allowing you to reconnect with the potential of your voice and inner power, create music, learn uplifting songs and chants from all over the world, and practice some musical instruments.

This 75 minutes workshop includes:
- Vocal Warm-ups
- Vocal Toning
- Singing and Chanting
- Musical Expression
- A mini Song Book.

Open to everyone, regardless of musical skill level. You do not need to identify as a singer or a musician to benefit.

What to bring:
- A cushion, a yoga mat or anything to feel comfortable to sit on the floor
- Your own instruments if you have (for example: guitar, singing bowl, medicine drum, bells, etc.)
- Or just your voice
- Water to stay hydrated
- Your favorite mug if you are keen on sharing a warm tea together.

Some instruments such as rattles and shakers will be provided for use during the workshop.

This workshop is for those who feel the pull to express themselves using the power of their voice. It’s right for those who believe in the medicine of sound and the mystery of our healing voice for self-care and to improve well-being.

The ticket is $35.
