Community Corner - Alzheimers Information session, every third Thursday of the month

Alzheimers Nelson Tasman offers support, advocacy and education for people with dementia and/or their primary carer and extended family/whanau in Nelson, Tasman and into Golden Bay area. Our staff advise and support people and also inform people of services they may be eligible for and help them access relevant support.
