No party or venue use. No Smoking. Pets by written agreement only - please enquire before booking. Hazards for Children - Spa pool, unfenced property & proximity to the sea present hazards for small children. Please enquire with children's ages if children are under 10. WIFI speed is variable. This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, an 80% refund of the total booking value is available (the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable). For cancellations made 21 days ~ 16 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made 15 days ~ 8 days prior to arrival, a 25% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a refund is not available.
