Anahata Yoga Retreat is a residential yoga retreat located on a mountain top in stunning surroundings overlooking Golden Bay. The focus is on yogic lifestyle, health, awareness, relaxation & imbibing yogic skills to create balance in every day life.
An ideal environment for both personal & group retreats. We provide an experience of yogic living in the midst of native bush and glorious views of the ocean. Come experience practical yoga techniques and integrate them in daily life through Yoga Solutions for Life™.
