Above the Cut is a family oriented holiday home that gives you the best of the local living experience. 'Above the Cut' is named for its incredible location & spectacular views over Nelson's iconic harbour entrance - 'the Cut', Haulashore Island, the Boulder Bank, Tasman Bay & the Tasman Sea.
This property gives you a grand-stand seat over all of the action of the harbour and the bay - the ships, the fishing vessels & the smaller boats as they come and go from the Southern Hemisphere's largest seafood port.
Above the Cut offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, expansive living areas, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, BBQ on the deck, outdoor dining, easy access with outside parking space.

The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay. All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours. Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required. This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis.
No party or venue use. Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not permitted. General Terms & Conditions apply. Cancellation by guest within 21 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. 15 days of arrival date: 75% forfeit of the total booking price. 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. The initial 20% deposit is non-refundable once a booking has been made. Cancellation policy also applies to changes which decrease the overall value of a booking.
