A vibrant, passionate creative community call the Nelson Tasman region home, and their artistic talents are showcased across our city, neighbourhoods and townships.

Buildings, walkways and walls are adorned in spectacular murals, and it’s easy to while away a few hours exploring them all.

Within the city, a walkable mural trail takes in the bold and beautiful Aotearoa mural on Wakefield Quay, the tui perched on a harakeke tree at Neale Park, the giant seal and squid building in Buxton Square and the dense green foliage of the urban jungle at the top of Trafalgar Street.
