Fully equipped to meet all your corporate event requirements. 5 minutes drive from Nelson airport and 10 minutes from the city centre. We have three well-appointed conference rooms and can accommodate up to 200 delegates, (theatre style). We offer a full catering service and have plenty of on-site parking.

At Beachside Nelson, we have three function rooms to choose from. We can cater for any sized gathering, large or small. Our spaces are incredibly versatile and can be set up for various types of corporate functions, including conferences, seminars and training days.

Our venue has wireless internet throughout, and we can provide everything you need for your meetings, conferences and workshops. Including, projectors, screens, whiteboards, stationary.

We are also the home of Gourmet Catering, our official in-house caterers and one of Nelson's longest-running hospitality businesses. We place great emphasis on fresh and, wherever possible, local food to sustain your delegates. We offer an all-day conference menu (priced per head) or can plan a bespoke menu for your event.

Carol Shirley - Carol, has spent almost three decades in the hospitality industry. She has been at the forefront of Nelson's catering and events industry for the past fifteen years. Carol is known for delivering outstanding customer service.
