Based in the Mahitahi Colab, the Major Events programme is a free service offered by the Nelson Regional Development Agency. Connected right at the heart of the business community, we can help create comprehensive solutions to ensure your event is a success, including advice on suitable venues, suppliers, transport providers, accommodation options, activities and support services that meet your specific needs.
The Nelson Regional Development Agency also administers the Nelson City Council Events Fund, which has a vision of delivering events that strengthen the region and its identity, stimulate a prosperous, vibrant and engaged community and deliver value at the right time.
