Barbara Knewitz from Dreamspace Theatre is launching regular theatre classes for kids aged 5 to 8 after two successful mini-series.

These classes focus on Jeux Dramatique, an improvisational theatre form using colourful cloth props to foster creativity and imagination. Children act out roles from stories, encouraging exploration of social roles and themes. The sessions include relaxation exercises and games, promoting confidence and strong group relationships.

Barbara, with a background in acting and theatre pedagogy from Berlin, has extensive experience with diverse groups and currently resides in Mahana, teaching antenatal classes and working as a doula.
