
In this workshop; line, colour and negative space will be used to create 3-Dimensional form!
'How?' You may ask!
Using historic artist works as examples and demonstrating 'reverse' form creating techniques, old recovered 'finds', ranging from plastics through to electrical wiring and textiles, will be used as material to create form from. Upcycling existing into new aesthetically pleasing form's.
The focus will be on the use of 'line' and 'colour' to create the feel of solid form, celebrating and using negative space as an essential element within each finished 'object'.
With some parts of said finished object being made 'solid' using only 'line' for form. Come, allow your artist self the freedom to discover an alternative sculpting technique.
