Cruise into Abel Tasman by water taxi, then choose your adventure. Stroll an easy one-hour track from Onetahuti to Awaroa, or take on the longer three-hour walk from Bark Bay. Both finish at Awaroa before your afternoon ride back across the bays.
Kick off your day with a water taxi ride into Abel Tasman National Park, where golden beaches and lush bush meet crystal-clear seas. Once in the park, you can tailor the adventure to suit your pace. For a shorter stroll, hop off at Onetahuti and enjoy an easy one-hour walk along the Coastal Track to Awaroa, a relaxed wander with time to soak up the scenery. Or, if you are keen for a bigger challenge, start at Bark Bay and take on a three-hour walk through forest, beaches, and sweeping headlands before reaching Awaroa. Both options let you experience the best of the Coastal Track, with an afternoon water taxi waiting to carry you home while you sit back and enjoy the views from the water.
