Come and holiday at our two storey Tata Beach family sized holiday home and explore the Golden Bay region - or just chill. This holiday house has plenty of room for everyone, and can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.
There are 2 queen bedrooms downstairs. A bedroom with 2 single beds. A bunk room that sleeps 4 kids with an adjoining bedroom having a superking bed or twin beds (the latter on request). Two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is a 1 queen bedroom with separate bathroom & toilet. The holiday home has generous open plan living and dining areas with a large deck area both front and back - including a BBQ area. There is a separate laundry area and plenty of off-road boat and car parking. Golden Bay's Tata Beach is just a minute's walk away, so why not get a group together, or come with another family and relax and enjoy this beautiful holiday location in Golden Bay?

Prices show are for the whole house, not per person. Please note we have a minimum stay at Tata House of 7 nights.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations affect us greatly. We recommend you travel with travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is 14 days. In the unlikely event you have to cancel your booking in 14 days or less from your arrival date, or you don't show up on the arrival date, then your deposit is non-refundable.
