Our award winning cafeteria, patisserie and boulangerie is authentically European inspired. Our ambience will take you back in time and if you're even slightly romantic or appreciate 'old-world charm'...you've come to the right place! Our hot-air-roasted coffee bean Euro-style espressos are unique to Nelson. We produce and bake Monday to Friday our very own classic, French and other European style pastries including The Baker's Irresistible (TM) Croissant aux Amandes, Pain au Chocolate, Cinnamon Morning-bun, quiches, pizzetti, pains, sandwiches and much more. We craft our own authentic artisan sourdoughs from our Hungarian recipe and bring these loaves hot and fresh out of our stone-hearth oven at 11:00am every Thursday.
