Claybound is the Nelson studio of ceramic artist Myriam Goos, whose work explores the balance between functional pottery and sculptural form.

Myriam Goos discovered ceramics after sitting down at a pottery wheel in Nelson and instantly connecting with the process of working with clay. Today, through Claybound, she creates thoughtful ceramic pieces inspired by Scandinavian and mid century studio pottery, while also teaching wheel throwing and handbuilding from her Nelson studio.
Claybound can also be found at the famous Nelson Saturday Market from 8am to 1pm.
