Discover Wellness Forge, a brand new guided sauna experience beside Kina's Garden House, one of Tasman's favourite boutique cafés. Led by Kyle Spratt, each session combines guided wellness practices with sauna and cold plunge therapy for a deeply restorative experience. Originally created as a space for men to connect, Wellness Forge hosts a Men's Group Sauna every Sunday at 4.30 pm, alongside private sessions for up to five people at flexible times.
