The Reconnect with Nature stay is a solo or couple retreat. Includes your private villa accommodation, daily breakfast and dinners, yoga classes, forest bathing and use of the facilities with plenty of quiet time to rest.
Between Nelson and Christchurch, Maruia River Retreat is a private eco-sanctuary set within 500 acres of native rainforest - for those who want to move, explore and genuinely restore. Seven private villas. All-inclusive meals by Chef Lasse, sourced from our kitchen garden and local Nelson-Tasman growers. Forest bathing, yoga, riverside hot tub, Finnish dry sauna and magnesium pool. Guided nature walks through native bush. And after dinner, step outside. The Milky Way is waiting - no light pollution, no queues. Just the darkest skies on the South Island, free for every guest. Adventure by day. Restoration by evening.

Conditions
All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 15% New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST). Rates are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of reservation. We regret, unless the Estate is booked for Exclusive Use, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years old.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received with less than thirty (30) day's notice are subject to the non-refundable reservation deposit. Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice are subject to a 100% forfeit of total booking period. This will be charged to the credit card number obtained with your booking confirmation and/or an invoice will be issued for the balance due. No shows will forfeit 100% total booking period No charges will be made for any room nights that we are able to re-sell.
