Businesses across Te Tauihu will be able to access free practical workshops to help them respond to change, manage uncertainty and plan their next steps. With the right tools and strategies, businesses can better adapt, respond, and thrive.
The Adapting to Change workshop series is designed to support NZ business owners and teams to anticipate, respond to, and adapt to change through practical tools, guided reflection, and business planning strategies.
The workshops are being delivered by the Nelson Regional Development Agency (NRDA) as the Regional Business Partner Network provider for Te Tauihu following the recent announcement by Minister Cameron Brewer of a nationwide Business Resilience Training initiative.
Funded by MBIE, this free interactive 3-hour workshop will provide business resilience training to help you better understand your current business environment, identify risks and opportunities, and build greater resilience and agility into your business moving forward.
Many businesses are experiencing broader economic and global pressures which are causing all types of stresses in the business, from cost increases to supply chain challenges through to impact on staffing levels. These workshops will give business leaders time to assess their position and work through practical next steps with the support of an experienced facilitator.
These workshops are part of the NRDA’s wider role in connecting local businesses with practical support.
