Enjoy Abel Tasman at a runner’s pace on this 3-day trip, covering around a half marathon (21km) each day through native forest, golden beaches and spectacular coastal landscapes. Begin at Wainui and run south through native forest and secluded beaches to Awaroa. Day Two takes you past waterfalls, swing bridges and coastal views to Torrent Bay. With opportunities to rest, swim and refuel - and boat transfers available - you can tailor the distance. On Day 3, follow the Coast Track to Mārahau or take on the more challenging Inland Track. Each afternoon, finish at our exclusive beachfront lodges, where your luggage is waiting. With comfortable ensuite rooms, meals and transport taken care of, you can travel light and focus on the run.
