Two Different Workshops (one beginner level and one intermediate level) with Matariki Mushrooms

'Beginner': 9.30am – 1pm, $90 per person. Participants will learn how to grow their own mushrooms at home and how to continue their spawn batches so they can continue to produce mushrooms on a home scale at a very low cost.
 
'Advanced': 1:45 – 5pm, $110 per person. A follow-on workshop for those who have previously attended one of our introductory level food resilience with fungi courses or who have a proficient level of mushroom cultivating experience and basic knowledge of fungi ecology.
