This Is Grief: On the Road is a free community event bringing honest conversations about grief, loss, love and the life that continues around them into communities across Aotearoa.

Join author and This Is Grief founder Kirsten O'Connor for a relaxed, human conversation about what grief really looks like, beyond the clichés, timelines and expectations we so often place around it. Kirsten will share from her own experience of grief and from her work writing and talking about loss, before opening the space for conversation and connection.

You don't need to have the right words. You don't need to share anything you don't want to. This is a space for anyone living with loss, or anyone who wants to better understand and support someone who is.
