Come explore the underwater world with your whānau and friends! Join us at our EMR (Experiencing Marine Reserves) community guided snorkel day at the beautiful Tonga Island Marine Reserve in the Abel Tasman National Park. This event is perfect for all ages (7+), and no prior snorkelling experience is required!

This is a community event, with all equipment provided. The day begins with a scenic sea shuttle ride that takes you to Tonga Quarry Beach. You’ll have an experienced snorkel guide to ensure your safety and make the experience engaging and fun. A beautiful ride on the Abel Tasman Sea Shuttle starts the day off and takes you to the Tonga Island Marine Reserve. Registrations are open, go to https://TongaCommunitySnorkel2026.eventbrite.co.nz
