This beginner course offers a calm, structured way to unwind from demanding schedules, reduce physical tension, and restore focus. Instead of pushing harder, Tai Chi helps you move, breathe, and think with greater clarity — so you can perform well without burning out.
In each 60 minutes session, you will:
Learn simple, foundational Tai Chi movements
Improve posture and relieve desk-related stiffness
Build balance, coordination, and gentle strength
Release accumulated work stress and tension
Develop calm focus and sustainable energy
Classes are slow, clear, and progressive — designed for people with full schedules and no prior experience. Movements are low-impact and adaptable, with no competition and no pressure. Just consistent practice that supports both body and mind.
Going forward: after the 8-week foundation course, you can move on to learn a simple Tai Chi routine such as 8-Form Yang style Tai Chi or Wu Dang 9-Form Tai Chi.
