
Join Komitimiti head chef and permaculturalist Honeyjane, and sous chef Leenas to learn and create simple, healthy, and delicious meals on a budget.
This hands-on workshop is specifically for young adults, 16 to 25 years and promises to be entertaining and informative. Participants will use four vegetarian base ingredients to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and then have a feast.
Bring a friend and answer the following questions in this hands-on workshop:
What is in the maarakai/garden in this season?
What fuels your tinana/body?
What makes a meal for your whanau?
Limited to 14 young adults, 16 to 25 years young. Bookings are essential and close Friday, 13th March at 2pm.
