### **Saturday 2nd May – FREE Sandbags + BBQ Fundraiser**

Get ready for winter and protect your home or business from flooding.

**Time:** 9am – 2pm
**Location:** Golden Bay Rec Centre, 2032 Tākaka Valley Highway

✅ **FREE sandbags** – up to 20 per household and/or business
**BBQ fundraiser** – support the Rescue Helicopter with a koha donation

**Sunday 3rd May – Mohua Golden Bay Resilience Expo**

This is the big one! A full day of **information, hands-on learning, and community connection**.

**Time:** 10am – 4pm
**Location:** Golden Bay Rec Centre
