Mindful Yoga Flow and Myo-yin Practices

These classes combine mindful, flowing movements with gentle stretching and strengthening practices. Sequences may be slow and grounding or dynamic and energising, helping us move with greater awareness and intention using our breath. True well-being comes from balancing our yin and yang. Rest and renewal are every bit as important as effort and movement in our practice.

Myo-Yin uses gentle pressure in supported postures to relax body and mind. Props help us settle comfortably into each shape, allowing us to explore different ways to soften and release tension.

Fascia is the body's internal web of connective tissue that links our joints, muscles, and organs. When one area becomes stiff or restricted, tension can ripple through the body and mind, affecting how we move and feel.

Regular Myo-Yin practice can improve flexibility, circulation, and range of motion while easing muscle soreness, supporting injury recovery, and helping manage life's stresses – nurturing a greater sense of grounding, balance, and inner peace.

Just bring your yoga mat and an intention to improve your health

To succeed in life, you need three things.
A wishbone to represent your hopes, dreams, and aspirations,
A backbone to remind you of your courage and determination,
And a funny bone to remind you not to take life too seriously.
