Join Doug Allan - the award-winning cameraman whose credits include Blue Planet and Planet Earth - for a rare live talk taking you behind the scenes of a career spent filming in the most extreme environments on Earth.

From the frozen worlds of the Arctic and Antarctic to encounters with some of the planet’s most iconic wildlife, Doug shares the stories behind the lens - the risks, the patience, and the moments that never make it to screen.

The evening is illustrated with Doug’s own images and selected clips from the landmark TV series he has worked on.
