Imagine your staff were simply highly motivated to do their best on any given day??
One of our challenges as Leaders is to influence team members to do what you want them to do. That is, you must do your best to create a context and environment in which your team members choose to be motivated and hence strive to be top performers.
Acquire the skill to identify differing needs, approaches and stimuli so you can foster high performance within your team.
