Nelson Nature School — April Holiday Programme

Spend a week the way kids are meant to — outside, moving, creating, and discovering. Nelson Nature School's holiday programme brings our forest school approach into five full days of hands-on adventure for tamariki aged 5–12.

Each day follows the rhythm of our regular programme: whittling, foraging, stream exploration, climbing, land art, building, and free play in nature. No structured timetable, no screens — just a small group of kids with time and space to follow their curiosity.
Led by experienced nature educators in Nelson's beautiful outdoor spaces.

This is great if you've wanted to be part of our community for a while but can't make it work in normal school days ;)

When: Monday 13 – Friday 17 April
Time: 9am – 3pm daily (slightly flexible)
Ages: 5–12 years
Group size: Small and intentional
