Isel In Spring

Isel In Spring

Isel House opens its doors to the public once again, marking the start of the season with an evening of community activities, heritage exploration, and local food across the surrounding park grounds.

Built in the mid-nineteenth century, the stone residence forms the centerpiece of the evening. Visitors can walk through the furnished heritage rooms and try on Victorian garments provided for both children and adults. Inside the house, younger visitors can take part in a scheduled house hunt and craft stations, designed to introduce local history through hands-on tasks.

Across the surrounding gardens and lawn, the Isel Market Collective coordinates a spread of local food stalls alongside live music performances. Families can lay down picnic blankets beneath the park's mature woodland trees while children access face-painting stalls and garden space.
