This experiential program introduces participants to the ZEGG Forum, addressing polarisation, ecological crises, democratic decline, and social fragmentation. It offers practical tools to transcend separation and foster community. Participants learn to express themselves authentically within a witnessing circle, grasp the Forum's structure, and understand facilitator roles. The training highlights principles like slowing down and safely holding tension. It also explores feedback culture, emotional awareness, transparency, and power dynamics, contrasting the Forum with therapy and guiding participants in skilful space-holding.
