Join us for a special screening of The Lorax, a fun and inspiring family film celebrating the importance of caring for our environment. Based on the beloved Dr. Seuss story, The Lorax follows one small voice speaking up for the trees and reminds us that everyone has the power to make a difference. Suitable and enjoyable for all ages.
This fundraising event will feature a panel of young people from the youth advocacy organisation Lighthouse Aotearoa after the film, who will discuss its core messages and answer questions from the audience. All proceeds will support our Youth Environmental Voice Summit, an opportunity for rangatahi to build skills, confidence, and leadership in environmental action.
Bring the whole whānau, enjoy a great movie, and help empower the next generation of environmental changemakers.
"Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." – The Lorax.
