Building AI in to your Business or Service

This is a hands-on working session for people who run a business or service and want to build something real with AI.

Bring a service or process you already run. During the morning, you’ll map it from start to finish, work out where AI can add value, and build a working AI agent for part of it that you can keep using afterwards.

Serge van Dam will show you how to identify the right parts of a service to automate, design the customer experience around AI, and test what you build.

You’ll need:
- A charged laptop
- A real service or work process to build around
- Some previous experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another AI chatbot

You’ll build using Autohive, with credits provided for the workshop. No coding experience is required.
