Discover the beauty of New Zealand’s native birds through a collection of wildlife photographs and see what makes them so special.
This exhibition was created by a photography student to encourage a greater appreciation for the birdlife that makes Aotearoa unique. Many of the photographs have been captured locally and around the Top of the South. Visitors are able to take a closer look at these special species and recognise the importance of protecting them for future generations.
Come along and take your time enjoying the photographs, have a chat about the native birds you’ve seen in the local area, or learn something new about our unique birdlife.
