Join a 6-week training block and see how consistent movement changes how your body feels in everyday life. Training blocks are small group classes that offer continuity to progress from week to week. The small class size allows for a personalised experience, with content adapted to each participant.
3 options available, all with daytime and evening times offered:
_____
Mobility --- Feel freer and move better
Mobility training is all about building strength in your full range of motion. Muscle tension is often a protective mechanism when weakness is sensed, which is why strengthening the range beyond our daily use leads to greater flexibility and freer movement.
This class is best suited for anyone who wants to reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and feel more comfortable and capable in everyday movement — especially those spending long hours sitting or working at a desk.
Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.
--> Monday 9.30am & Monday 6.30pm
______
Animal Flow --- Increase strength and coordination
Animal Flow is a ground-based bodyweight training system designed to improve mobility, strength, and coordination through fluid, quadrupedal movements.
Sitting somewhere in-between yoga, contemporary dance, break-dancing and gymnastics, this type of training is backed by science and highly effective in improving your body’s resilience. And it's really fun!
This class is best suited for people who already enjoy movement and want to build strength, coordination, mobility, and body control through dynamic, full-body training.
Great on its own, or as a complement to your other training (such as martial arts, weight training, danse, circus, etc).
--> Tuesday 12.30pm & Wednesday 7pm
_____
Handstands --- Increase strength, confidence, and body awareness
Get your handstand journey started and reunite with your inner child! During handstand classes, we will go through a wide variety of drills to learn proper form in various positions, build strength and mobility specific to hand balancing, and learn how to spot each other safely. Hand balancing is an amazing way to develop your body awareness, strength and proprioception.
This class is best suited for beginners through to moderately active people wanting to build upper body strength, balance, body awareness, and confidence upside down in a supportive, step-by-step environment.
--> Monday 6.30pm & Friday 12pm
