Owners Gupreet and Kass Marwah bring years of hospitality experience to the table, including Kass’ time working in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Corsica. Remarkably, everything comes from a tiny kitchen, with dishes drawing on a mix of flavours and techniques gathered over years in the industry.
