Conditions
Riders must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Valid photo ID and security bond required. Hire agreement must be signed before collection. Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence. Helmets must be worn at all times in accordance with New Zealand law. Collection and return times arranged prior to hire. Recommended riding experience for multi-day and remote routes. Group packages and long-term touring rates available.
Cancellation Policy
Late returns may incur additional charges. Cancellations within 7 days of booking may be subject to a fee. Weather-related rescheduling available where possible.
