Set out on one of Aotearoa’s most spectacular mountain bike adventures - a guided ride that combines alpine scenery, thrilling descents, and rich local history with expert guidance, trail tips, and fascinating insights along the way.
The Coppermine Track is a true Great Ride, climbing from the historic Dun Mountain Railway through native bush to dramatic high-country terrain and sweeping views over Tasman Bay and the surrounding ranges. From rocky tops and quiet beech forest to a fast-flowing river trail, every section delivers something different. The grand finale is a spectacular 17km downhill run, packed with rock gardens, flowing switchbacks, and pristine forest riding. This tour is ideal for fit, experienced riders comfortable on Grade 4 terrain, with full-suspension bikes recommended and e-MTBs available. Includes e-MTB / MTB, helmet, body protection, lunch afterwards and accommodation transfers.
