Richmond has been plunged into darkness, and your team has been called in to restore the city’s power. Armed with a tablet and your problem-solving skills, you’ll need to navigate Richmond, follow clues, and locate three critical power nodes before finding the emergency generator. Blackout combines GPS technology, puzzles and outdoor exploration to create a completely different kind of escape adventure. Your team will need to communicate, think creatively, and work together as you make your way around the town. Starting and finishing at Sundial Square, the adventure covers around 2 km and takes approximately 2–2.5 hours to complete. Blackout is an outdoor adventure perfect for groups ready to explore Richmond and save the day.

Conditions
Children under 8 are welcome as part of a family group booking. Children aged 8 to 10 must be accompanied by a paying adult in the room. Players aged 11 and over are charged at standard adult rates and are permitted to participate without adult supervision.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your booking time by calling or emailing us via our website. If you choose “pay on arrival” and fail to cancel with sufficient notice, we reserve the right to charge the full booking amount. If prepaid online, cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice will be refunded, minus a 3% transaction fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time.
