194 Cable Bay Road, Hira
Cable Bay Adventure Park and Abel Tasman Canyons have created this epic combo ideal for groups who like jumping off cliffs into crystal clear pools and high-speed thrills. This day you will be canyoning in Doom creek and going down the Skywire.

Doom Creek was part of the gold fields of Canvastown. Back in 1864 Canvastown was booming when the gold rush saw lots of gold miners setting up their canvas tents in the area. Despite its name, Doom Creek was actually very rich in gold, but it was the immense boulders that made Doom Creek difficult to mine. These days it is exactly these boulders that make Doom Creek great for canyoning. What an opportunity to leap of rocks into a creek in which occasionally gold is still found. But that is not the only rush you will get on this day. As part of this combo, you will also get to soar on one of the world’s longest flying fox at a speed of up to 100 km/hr. You will fly high above the scenic forest canopy taking in the amazing views.
