Nestled at the entrance to Pepin Island, our custom-built wood-fired sauna sits just steps away from a pristine, sandy swimming beach. Handcrafted using sustainable expanded cork panels and a custom New Zealand-made stove loaded with local stones, the sauna provides incredible heat, quiet acoustics, and stunning natural views. Cycle between deep, restorative heat and a refreshing plunge in crystal-clear ocean waters or our brisk spring-water shower. We offer 60-minute communal sessions and private group bookings. Arrive swim-ready and let the waves wash your stress away.

Conditions

Health: Use at your own risk. Consult a doctor if pregnant, unwell, or taking meds. Do not use if you have heart or blood pressure issues. Inform staff of epilepsy. Rules: No alcohol, drugs, or under-16s. Remove jewellery. Pour water on stones gently; do not flood the stove. Sea Swimming: Entering the ocean is entirely at your own risk. Conduct: Staff reserve the right to refuse entry or stop sessions early due to safety issues without issuing refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Payment: Full payment via card is required at the time of booking. Notification: You must email joe@goodheatsauna.com to request changes. Over 48 Hours Notice: Full refund provided, less payment processing fees. 24 to 48 Hours Notice: 50% refund provided, less payment processing fees. Under 24 Hours Notice: Bookings are non-refundable. Groups: The primary booker is responsible for ensuring all guests understand these policies.
