Conditions
Rates Inclusive. Rates are per room per night based on a double or twin share. All inclusive New Zealand Government taxes, self-service selection of teas and coffee with sweets, free wireless internet, use of therapeutic spa pool, luxury toiletries, and lots of little extras including activity and restaurant booking. All suites have en-suite bathrooms.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly. We will try our best, however in the event that we are unable to replace your cancelled booking, the following cancellation fees apply: No charge for cancellations up to 30 days to reservation date. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: a penalty of one nights accommodation. Cancellation within 7 days: a 30% penalty for all nights booked. Cancellation within 1 day of arrival: cancellation charges will be 100% of the booking.
