Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation booking type. Generally we have a 72 hour first night cancellation policy, with Christmas and New Year period being fully non-refundable (24 Dec - 10 January). For corporate and group bookings, different cancellation policies may apply.
