It offers you a safe, quiet space directly next to the ocean to use your time as you wish. You may choose to nap, read books, go for walks, enjoy the outdoor bubble bath, journal, reflect or do gentle movement. We have curated a number of walks in Golden Bay, all based in nature with an element of water be that by the ocean, rivers, natural springs or waterfalls. We provide an optional journalling diary to support your stay and for any reflections or clarity moving forward after the retreat. A yoga mat and props can be provided on request. NB.
