Our two architecturally designed units offer modern, boutique accommodation: expansive outdoor decking and patios for entertaining, polished concrete floors with under-floor heating to ensure you are cozy and warm year round. The two units are separated by a covered breezeway, providing proximity for ‘together’ times with extended family & friends, as well as individual privacy.
We are located right in the heart of Mapua – great coffee, shops and restaurants on the Mapua Wharf (Jellyfish, Appleshed, Smokehouse, Alberta’s, Rimu Wine bar) and in the Village (The Village Bakery, Sprig n Fern, Java Hut) are all within 2-4 minutes walking distance. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date incur no cancellation fee. Off-peak Season: a cancellation made within 30/7 days of your arrival day incurs a loss of 50%/100% of the total booking price. Peak Season: a cancellation made made within 30 days of arrival day incurs a loss of 100% of the total booking price. But, if you cancel and later you re-book with us within the same calendar year at the time of cancellation, we may be able to apply your payments to those dates.
