Nelson’s only accommodation on the marina. Fifteen studios and apartments, most looking east over the boats to the hills. Breakfast from Nelson producers included, free parking at your door, secure bike storage, and a 20-minute walk to town.
Kia ora, and welcome to Harbourside Nelson, the only place to stay on the marina. We haven’t taken that for granted. Fifteen studios and apartments on a quiet no-exit street, most looking east across the marina boats to the city’s hills. Breakfast is included, much of it from Nelson’s own food bowl. Parking is free and outside your door, and there’s secure bike storage with charging for trail riders. Town is about 20 minutes’ walk along the Maitai River. Or eat local: the Anchor Restaurant is next door.
Passing through? Park up, and the rest is sorted. Most people plan a night or two, then find reasons to stay longer. Nelson’s like that. Need a hand? Just ask. Nelson has one marina, and one place to stay on it. (Unless you’re a boat).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 2 days before the booked date incur no fee. After that, the first night's stay may be charged. If no cancellation is made, the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Special conditions apply to group quotations and reservations.

Weather Considerations
Early sun rises over the boats. Behind the Boulder Bank, a 13 km natural breakwater, the marina is sheltered from the open sea, with calm water through the long, sunny Nelson summer.
