Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult Guests and their vehicles enter the Hidden Valley Farm at their own risk, for damage or loss in any capacity Small group celebrations must be pre-booked and may incur extra fees Pets stay with conditions/rules to maintain their safety and the farm animals' safety Please see our website for further information and instructions.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid base rate fees are refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier, except in the high season when full payment remains. 50% of paid base rate fees are refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier, except in the high season when full payment remains. All pre-booked hire items are 100% refundable at all times.

Operational Hours
Arrivals from 2 pm to 4 pm, however we work on a 400 acre farm and ask that we are kept informed on your ETA. We can be flexible if you can not arrive between these hours, however there might be an extra charge for out of hours
