Conditions
To maintain a restful environment, children over 12 years old only. Direct-book rates available. Rates are for 2 people, per villa. Discount for 7 night or longer stays. Options available with or without a daily breakfast hamper & housekeeping service.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made prior to 2 months of your arrival date this fee will be a maximum of one night's accommodation. If a cancellation is made within 2 months of your arrival date this fee will be a maximum of 100% of the total booking price, or one night's accommodation in the case a one night booking. If we are able to partly fill the vacancy left by a cancellation we will only charge a cancellation fee for the nights remaining vacant.
