Cancellation Policy
10.3 Cancelling a Booking because you have changed your mind: If you change your mind after you receive the Booking Confirmation: 10.3.1 you are not entitled to cancel the Booking Contract and obtain a refund for the Booking Fee as we will already have supplied the Booking Services to you for the Booking. 10.3.2 You can cancel the 39 Carmine Services to the extent they have not been provided at the time of cancellation and we will refund you the 39 Carmine Service Charges for those undelivered.
