Moutere Hills is a boutique family owned vineyard producing an extensive range of handcrafted wines.

Moutere Hills Vineyard is located in Sunrise Valley, just 2 kms from the historic Upper Moutere Village.

The newly renovated restaurant has a lovely relaxed, warm feel, featuring reclaimed timber and stunning views through the sliding glass doors. It's an idyllic setting overlooking the vines, perfect to relax over a long lunch or dinner: outside in the sheltered garden or enjoy the views and atmosphere from inside the modern and light restaurant.

Alistair & Fiona Forster operate the restaurant & cellar door, Alistair was trained in AA rosetted and Michelin-starred kitchens which laid a foundation by which he has developed his craft over the years.

Many of the wines are sold exclusively from the tasting room where you can sample some before choosing the perfect match for your food.
